Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 12, 1999.

G.R. No. 135664 (Catalina Cho vs. Spouses Kock Ngo and Leung Nang.)

The motion of petitioner for leave to file and for admission of the attached second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 11 January 1999 denying with finality her motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 11 November 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.

Accordingly, aforesaid second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 11 January 1999 is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION. No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case. Let ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT BE MADE IN DUE COURSE.
