Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 7, 1999.

G.R. No. 136920 (Juan Gil Brillo, et al. vs. Land Bank of the Philippines.)

The motion of petitioners for second and third extension of time totaling thirty-one (31) days from 2 February 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari are DENIED for petitioners' failure to serve copies of both motions on the Court of Appeals and to submit an affidavit of service of a copy of the third motion on respondent pursuant to Sections 4 and 13, Rule 13 in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended; besides, petitioners' first motion for extension of time to file the petition has been denied in the resolution of 10 February 1999.
