Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 12, 1999.

G.R. No. 137469 (Spouses Joaquin Catapang and Simeona Catapang vs. Spouses Pedro Garcia and Serapia Castillo-Garcia, et al.)

The official receipt for the amount of P1,122.00 dated 1 March 1999 as proof of payment of the legal fees and deposit for costs submitted by petitioners as well as their verified manifestation dated 25 February 1999 stating the reason for non-payment of the legal fees in this case at the time of the filing of the petition, and the ten (10) additional copies of the petition for review on certiorari received on 1 March 1999 are all NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, the petition for review on certiorari having been denied in the resolution of 15 February 1999 for failure to pay aforesaid legal fees and deposit for costs, to submit a written explanation for the non-personal service of the petition on respondents as well as the duplicate original or certified true copy of the questioned decision and an undertaking to inform the Court of the filing or pendency of a similar action which may later come to petitioners' knowledge pursuant to Secs. 3, 4(d) and (g) and 5, Rule 45 in relation to Section 5(c) and (d), Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
