Quoted hereunder, for your information is a resolution of this Court dated APR 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 137591 (Stanley G. Alegre vs. Commission on Elections and Francis Ong.)

Acting on the special civil action for mandamus, the Court Resolved to DISMISS the petition in view of the non-exhaustion of administrative remedies by the petitioner. In any event, the petition would still be dismissed for lack of merit." Pardo, J., no part.
