Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 12, 1999.

G.R. No. 137594 (ACI Philippines vs. Hon. Secretary of Labor and Employment, et al.)

In accordance with Rule 65 in relation to Rule 46, Rule 56 and other pertinent provisions of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended, governing petitions for certiorari, prohibition and mandamus files with the Supreme Court, only petitions which comply strictly with the requirements specified therein shall be entertained. On the basis thereof, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the petition for certiorari with prayer for preliminary injunction and/or restraining order for failure to submit with the petition clearly legible duplicate original and certified true copies of the questioned decision and resolution denying the motion for reconsideration, duly certified by a person whose authority and designation are clearly indicated, in violation of Sections 4(d) and 5, Rule 45 in relation to Section 5(d), Rule 56 of the Rules.
