Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 7, 1999.

AM No. OCA IPI 97-320-MTJ (Delfin Evangelista vs. Judge Gregorio L. Rosete, 4 th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Moncada-San Manuel-Anao, Moncada, Tarlac.)

It appearing that complainant has failed up to this late date to comply with resolution of 2 March 1998 requiring him to furnish respondent judge with copy of the complaint with complete annexes and to submit proof of service, and has likewise failed to comply with the resolution of 28 September 1998 which required him to comply with the said resolution of 2 March 1998 and to show cause why he should not be disciplinary dealt with or held in contempt for such failure, the Court RESOLVES to require complainant to SHOW CAUSE why the complaint should not be dismissed for his continued failure to comply with aforesaid resolution of 2 March 1998, within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
