G.R. No. 118784 (Christina Ayuste, petitioner, vs. Court of Appeals and Viena Malabonga respondent.)

Pursuant to the Manifestation filed by private respondent on January 22, 1996 informing this Court of petitioner's death and the Comment thereto filed by counsel for petitioner on January 19, 1998 confirming the fact of death petitioner (attached as Annex "A" is a certified true copy of petitioner's death certificate) and informing the Court of the names of petitioner's legal heirs, the substitution of petitioner's legal heirs MARLON AYUSTE and ARLAINE AYUSTE-YU for petitioner is hereby ordered.
