Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG 9, 1999.

G.R. No. 135286 (Sofia Anasco, et al. vs. Jesusa A. Mesias, et al.)

The omnibus motion with leave of court filed by petitioners dated 9 June 1999 praying that the resolution of 17 March 1999 which treated as a second motion for reconsideration of their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 13 January 1999 denying with finality their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 14 October 1998 dismissing the petition for certiorari and denied the same be reconsidered and that the petition be given due course by the Court En Banc is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.

The copy of the resolution of 17 March 1999 addressed to Atty. Ricardo C. Neri, counsel for private respondent, at Room 102 Mercantile Insurance Building, General Luna-Beaterio Streets, Intramuros, 1002 Manila, which was returned to this Court unserved with notation "Return to Sender Unclaimed," is deemed SERVED on said counsel by substituted Service pursuant to Section 8, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
