Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG 11, 1999.

G.R. No. 136071 (Demetrio Borja, Jr. vs. Leticia Imperial.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 09 December 1998 which denied his motion for extension of time to file petition for review on certiorari on the ground that the affidavit of service of the motion on respondents and the Court of Appeals is defective, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought. Besides, the petition for review on certiorari was already denied in the resolution of 08 February 1999 for late filing.
