Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated AUG 23, 1999.

G.R. No. 136589 (Jovita J. Lobredo vs. Heirs of Gaudencio Juliano, namely, Peregrina Juliano, et al.)

The second motion of petitioner for reconsideration with leave of court of the resolution of 7 April 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for late filing and petitioner's failure to submit an affidavit of service of the petition on the Court of Appeals and a written explanation for the non-personal service of the petition on respondents as well as to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in the questioned judgment is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case. let ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT be made in due course.
