G.R. No. 139271 (Cecilio Evangelista and Julito E. Pangcoy vs. B.E. San Diego, Inc.)

The motion of petitioners for extension of thirty (30) days from 29 July 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED, the affidavit of service of the motion on respondents required under Section 13, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended, being a nullity as it states that service was made on 25 June 1999, but the registry receipts are dated 28 July 1999.
