It appearing from the records that Ms. Saniata V. Cantoria.Clerk of Court II, MCTC. Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, has not reported for work despite the expiration of the allowable one (1) year leave of absence without pay on 20 September 1997.The Court Resolved to DROP Ms. Cantoria from the service effective 20 September 1997.Pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 63, Rule XVI, Omnibus Rules on Leave, as amended by Resolution No. 983142 dated 14 December 1998.
