Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG 9, 1999.

A.M. No. OCA IPI 97-274-RTJ (Eusebia P. Cede�o vs. Judge Guillermo Andaya, Regional Trial Court, Branch 53, Lucena City.)

It appearing that complainant Eusebia P. Cede�o failed to pay the fine of P500.00 imposed upon her in the resolution of 19 October 1998 for her failure to file reply to respondent's comment on the administrative as required in the resolution of 11 August 1997, and it appearing further that complainant is entitled to the right to petition for redress of grievance and that the administrative complaint against re judge has already been dismissed in the resolution of 2 August 1999, the Court RESOLVES to LIFT the aforesaid fine.
