Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated DEC 06 1999

G.R. No. 132662(People vs. Enrique Hindoy, et al.) and

UDK 12220(Bella Negrosa vs. Court of Appeals.)

The Court Resolved to consolidate these two cases.

The Resolution of this Court of 22 October 1997 which set aside the Resolution of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CR No. 17394 dismissing the appeal of Bella Negrosa and directing the Court of Appeals to elevate the records of the criminal case benefits accused-appellant Enrique Hindoy and the dismissal of his appeal by the Court of Appeals is thus vacated.

Accordingly, the appeals of Bella Negrosa and Enrique Hindoy are now the subject matter of G.R. No. 132662. Their Appellants' Brief have already been filed and noted, and the Appellee's Brief was noted in the Resolution of 25 October 1999.
