G.R. No. 128725 (Rocky Mountain Construction Corporation, et al. vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of December 2, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for petitioners' failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals had committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
