Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 10, 1999.

G.R. No. 134270 (Viron Transportation Co., Inc., et al. vs. Dominador Venegas.)

The appearance of Atty. Lorenzo G. Parungao as counsel for respondent with request to be furnished with copies of Court processes in this case at Rm. 201, Burke Bldg., Escolta, Manila, and his motion for an extension of ten (10) days from December 6, 1998 within which to file respondent's comment on the petition for review on certiorari are NOTED and GRANTED.

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari as well as respondent's comment thereon, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the petition for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals had committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case.
