Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 22, 1999.

G.R. No. 136430 (Augusto B. Brillantes, et al. vs. Capitol Wireless, Inc., et al.)

The motions of petitioners for first and second extension of time totaling forty-five (45) days from December 17, 1998 within which to file petition for review on certiorari are DENIED for failure to serve copy of the motion on the Court of Appeals and to submit an affidavit of service of copies of the motions on respondents pursuant to Section 4 and 13, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended. The opposition of respondents to the aforesaid second motion for extension of time to file the petition is NOTED.
