Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of September 21, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals had committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
