Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134106 (Gregorio Ikawalo, et al. vs. Tomasita Chavez.)

The motion of the petitioners for leave to file a second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of October 21, 1998, which denied with finality their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of September 7, 1998 denying the petition for review on certiorari for lack of showing of reversible error in the questioned judgment, is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, the aforesaid second motion for reconsideration dated December 8, 1998 as well as the petitioners' manifestation dated December 10, 1998 stating that the aforesaid second motion for reconsideration should read as "Second Motion for Reconsideration of the Resolution dated September 7, 1998", are both NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.
