Acting on the petitioners urgent motion for reconsideration of the resolution of August 26, 1998 which denied their first motion for extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari and to admit the petition for review on certiorari, the Court Resolved to DENY the motion, as no compelling reason exists to warrant a reconsideration thereof. This denial is FINAL.
