Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134731 (Alay Kapwa Kilusang Pangkalusugan, Inc. [AKAP], et al. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of the petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of October 14, 1998 which denied with finality their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of September 2, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari, for non-compliance with the provisions of Rule 65, in relations to Rules 46 and 5, governing petitions for certiorari, prohibition and mandamus, as amended and provided in the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court RESOLVED to TREAT the motion as a second motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid resolution of September 2, 1998 and to DENY the same pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.
