Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 27, 1999.

G.R. No. 135007 (Hda. Kambacao II, et al. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of October 19, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to submit an affidavit of service of a copy of the petition on the National Labor Relations Commission as well as a verified statement of the date of filing of their motion for reconsideration of the assailed decision of said Commission, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought. Accordingly, petitioners' supplement to the aforesaid motion for reconsideration is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
