Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 18, 1999.

G.R. No. 136123 (Spouses Lucila and Bayani Felisimino and Belen Darlucio vs. Spouses Estelito and Laudita Raymundo.)

The motion of the petitioners for an extension of thirty (30) days within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED, the affidavit of services of copies of the motion of the respondents not being in accord with Section 13, Rule 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil procedure, since it failed to state the date and place of such service.
