Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 19, 1999.

A.M. No. 98-12-380-RTC (Re: Inhibition of Judge Rogelio J. Amador in Cad. Case No. 97-019.)

Acting on the Order dated 19 June 1998, of Judge Rogelio J. Amador in Cad. Case No. 97-019, entitled "In Re: Reconstitution of Owner's Duplicate Copy of Original Certificate of Title No. 0-92141, CAR Lot No. 7009, Barotac-Viejo, Cadastre, Thelma B. Badilla, petitioner" voluntarily inhibiting himself from hearing aforesaid case because he once served as counsel for the adverse party in a civil case when the property subject of this petition was under litigation, the Court Resolved to: (a) NOTE the order of inhibition dated 19 January 1997 of Judge Rogelio J. Amador, Regional Trial Court, Branch 66, Barotac-Viejo, Iloilo, in Cad. Case No. 97-019; (b) AUTHORIZE Executive Judge Severino V. Aguilar, Regional Trial Court, Iloilo City, to raffle the case among the Regional Trial Court branches at Iloilo City; and (c) direct the judge to whom the case will be raffled to hear and decide Cad. Case No. 97-019 at Regional Trial Court, Branch 66, Barotac-Viejo, Iloilo, utilizing for the purpose the personnel of the latter court. Said judge shall be entitled to per diems and reimbursement of travelling expenses.
