Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated JUL 1, 1999.
G.R. No. 132118 (JFY Genesis, Inc., et al. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)
Acting on the motion of the petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of February 18, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for non-compliance with the provisions of Rule 65, in relation to Rules 46 and 56, governing petitions for certiorari, prohibition, and mandamus, as amended and provided in the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure and for lack of showing that the respondent Commission committed grave abuse of discretion in the assailed judgment, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, the basic issues raised therein having previously been duly considered and passed upon by the Court in the aforesaid resolution and neither substantial argument nor compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought. The payment of the petitioners in the amount of P122.00 as deposit for the sheriff's fee and clerk's commission under O.R. Nos. 9233342 and 9228103, respectively, is NOTED. Martinez., J. is on leave.
Very truly yours,
TOMASITA B. MAGAY-DRIS
