Quoted hereunder for your information, is a resolution of this court
dated JUL 5, 1999.
G.R. No. 137799 (Philippine

The motions of petitioner for
second and third extension of time totaling thirty (30) days within which to
file petition for review on certiorari with prayer for restraining order
and/or preliminary injunction are DENIED for petitioner's failure to submit an
affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondent and on the Court of
Appeals, and in view of the previous warning of no further extension given by
the Court in the resolution of only thirty (30) days, not sixty (60) days as
prayed for in its first motion for extension of time to file petition.
