Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 29, 1999.
G.R. No. 125053. (People of the Philippines vs. Christopher Cana Leonor.)
It appearing that the Notice of Judgment, dated 25 March 1999, addressed to Atty. Rodolfo P. Orticio, counsel for accused-appellant, was returned with notation on the letter-envelope "unclaimed", the Court Resolved to CONSIDER as SERVED the aforesaid notice of judgment on Atty. Oricio, but direct the Clerk of Court, this Court, to FURNISH appellant himself with copy of the decision, dated 25 March 1999." Romero, J., is abroad on official business.
