Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 15, 1999.

G.R. No. 138140. June 15, 1999] (Dennis G. Martir, et al. vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

The motion, dated 17 March 1999, posted by counsel for petitioner, for an extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the reglementary period, or until 20 April 1999, within which to file petition for review on certiorari is GRANTED.

Acting on the aforesaid petition for review on certiorari of the resolution of the Court of Appeals and it appearing that the petition lacks P50.00 for deposit for cost, the Court Resolved to DENY the petition.

In any event, the petition would still be denied, there being no reversible error on the part of public respondents in the questioned resolution. Panganiban, J., is on leave.
