Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 29, 1999.

A.M. No. 99-5-181-RTC (Re: Request of Clerk of Court Alfredo Arneil L. Ramos for permission to appear as collaborating counsel.)

Acting on the Letter, dated 29 April 1999, of Atty. Alfredo Arneil L. Ramos, Clerk of Court V, RTC, Branch 1, Legazpi City, requesting for permission to appear as collaborating counsel on behalf of his brother Alfredo Arnulfo L. Ramos who is named as respondent in a manner of administrative and criminal cases, the Court Resolved to (a) NOTE said letter; and (b) DENY the request as there is no need for his services as collaborating counsel. Romero, J., is abroad on official business."
