Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 29, 1999.

A.M. No. 99-6-240-RTC (Re: Request for the Temporary Transfer of an RTC Branch to Sagay City.)

Acting on the Letter dated 25 may 1999 of Republic of the Philippines. Joaquin M. Chipeco, Jr., Laguna Second District, referring the letter of Republic of the Philippines. Alfredo G. Maranon, Jr., Negros Occidental-Second District, requesting for the transfer of one (1) RTC in Sagay City pending the approval of House Bill No. 4153, which seeks to establish an RTC Branch in the City of Sagay, the Court Resolved to DENY the instant request as the transfer is presently not feasible. Romero, J., is abroad on official business."
