Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 29, 1999.
A.M. No. 99-5-66-MTC (Re: Absence without official leave (AWOL) of Ms. Rosa Dulce Escuadro.)
It appearing from the records that Ms. Rosa Dulce Escuadro, Clerk II, MTC, Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija, has been absent without official leave (AWOL) since 2 October 1998, despite letters directing her to explain in writing her unauthorized absences, the Court Resolved to DROP Ms. Escuadro from the service effective 2 October 1998, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 63, Rule XVI, Omnibus Rules on Leave, as amended by Resolution No. 983142. Romero, J., is abroad on official business.
