The Court Resolved to APPROVE the application for optional retirement under .A. 1616, as amended by R.A. 4968, of Mr. Jose M. Quiapon, Jr., Sheriff IV, Regional Trial Court, Ligao, Albay, effective 19 June 199, but payment of the benefits shall be subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirements. Romero, J., is abroad on official business.
