Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 29, 1999.

A.M. No. 9879-Ret. (Re: Application for Survivor's Benefits of Ms. Diosita B. Gesta, surviving spouse of the late Bernardo J. Gesta, Jr.)

The Court Resolved to APPROVE the application for survivor's benefits under Secs. 20 and 21 (a), R.A. 8291, of Ms. Diosita B. Gesta, surviving spouse of the late Bernardino J. Gesta, Jr., former Court Interpreter III, Regional Trial Court, Surigao City, effective upon the latter's death on 15 October 1997, but payment of the benefits shall be subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirements. Romero, J., is abroad on official business.
