Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 29, 1999.

A.M. No. 9880-Ret. (Re: Request of Mr. Rodrigo A. Guacena, Jr. for a change of the mode of his approved application for compulsory retirement.)

Acting on the Letter, dated 22 March 1999, of Mr. Rodrigo A. Gaucena, Jr., former Clerk of Court IV MTCC, Silay City, requesting a change in the mode of his approved retirement application from R.A. 8291 to R.A. 660, the Court Resolved to GRANT said request considering that the same was filed within the prescribed period under Sec. 13, P.D. 1146. Romero, J., is aboard on official business.
