Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 29, 1999.

A.M. No. 99-5-67-MTC (Re: Absence without official leave (AWOL) of Mr. Renato V. Barrido.)

It appearing from the records that Mr. Renato V. Barrido, Process Server, MTC, Mati, Davao Oriental, has been absent without official leave (AWOL) since 3 November 1998, despite repeated directives for him to submit his Dailty Time Record (DTRs) and to explain in writing his unauthorized absences, the Court Resolved to DROP Mr. Barrido from the service effective 3 November 1998, pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 63, Rule XVI, Omnibus Rules on Leave, as amended by Resolution No. 983142. Romero, J., is abroad on official business.
