Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 29, 1999.

A.M. No. 99-6-237-RTC (Re: Letter of Atty. Francisco Dy Yap on the Designations of Judges Ismael O. Baldado and Alvin Tan.)

There being nothing to support the allegation of Atty. Francisco Dy Yap that the exchange of court assignments between Judge Ismael O. Baldado and Alvin L. Tan was politically motivated, the Court Resolved to HOLD the present assignments of said judges in status quo. Judge Baldado shall continue to preside over RTC, Branch 45, Bais City, while Judge Tan shall hold court at RTC, Branch 44, Dumaguete City.Romero, J., is abroad on official business.
