Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 29, 1999.

UDK-12737 (Chelester U. Pable vs. Civil Service Commission.)

The Court Resolved to DENY the special civil action for certiorari based on the following grounds: (a) it appearing that the petition lacks (1) P83.50 for docket fee (Judiciary fund) and (2) Payment for Sheriff's fee and for costs; (b) petition for certiorari is not a substitute for lost remedy of appeal; and (c) of taken as a petition for review, the same was filed late and filed at wrong forum. Romero, J., is abroad on official business.
