Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated MAR 15, 1999.
G.R. No. 134944 (Tomas S. Bachar vs. the Honorable Court of Appeals, et al.)
Considering the one-page "Comment," dated 27 November 1998, filed by private respondents Atty. Corleto R. Castro to show cause why he should not be disciplinarily dealt with for his failure to file the required Comment in proper form and substance.
The Court further RESOLVED to:
(a) Require private respondents to file Comment on the petition stating at the very least, (1) whether they accept or except from the statement of each of the matters expressed, and the grounds for the allowance stated, in the petition, and (2) the legal basis, if any, why the petition should not be given due course, within ten (10) days from notice.
