Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of October 14, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for late filing pursuant to Section 4, Rule 65 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
