Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 8, 1999.

G.R. No. 135257 (Emerita Medina, et al. vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of November 23, 1998 which denied their motion for a second extension of time to file petition for review on certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought; besides, the aforesaid petition for review on certiorari has been denied in the resolution of January 20, 1999 for late filing pursuant to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended.
