Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 1, 1999.

G.R. No. 135267 (Philippine Commercial International Bank vs. Rufino Co Ling, et al.).

The second motion of petitioner for reconsideration with plea for leave of Court of the resolution of October 7, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari, as well as the prayer therein that the matter be referred to the Court En Banc, is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure; and its motion for reconsideration with plea for leave of Court of the resolution of November 16, 1998 which denied its motion to refer the petition to the Court En Banc is NOTED.
