Considering the motion of petitioner for an extension of time to file motion for reconsideration of the resolution of November 11, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for having a defective and insufficient certification on non-forum shopping and for lack of showing of grave abuse of discretion committed by the Court of Appeals in its questioned judgment as well as private respondent's opposition thereto, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion for lack of merit, Accordingly, the aforesaid motion for reconsideration of the resolution of November 11, 1998 is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
