Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 9, 1999.

Appointment List Nos. CA-17-99 and CA-18-99 (Re: Appointments of Ma. Antonieta O. Maupo and Felipa L. Bognot, both as Executive Assistant IV-CT, Court of Appeals, as recommended by Acting Presiding Justice Jesus M. Elbinias.)

The Court Resolved to APPROVE, pursuant to Section 5(6), Article VIII of the Constitution of the Philippines, the appointments of Ma. Antonieta O. Maupo and Felipa L. Bognot, both as Executive Assistant IV-CT, Court of Appeal, as recommended by Acting Presiding Justice Jesus M. Elbinias in Appointment List Nos. CA-17-99 and CA-18-99. Acting Presiding Justice Jesus M. Elbinias shall issue to the appointees the commission evidencing their appointment."
