Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated NOV 22, 1999.
A.M. No. 96-9-07-SDC(Re: Resolution No. 1, Series of 1996 of the Philippine Shari'a Trial Judges League.) and
A.M. No. 96-10-12-0(Re: Letter of Jurisconsult Saaduddin A. Alauya.)
Acting on the Memorandum dated 4 November 1999 of Court Administrator Alfredo L. Benipayo, referring to the letter dated 21 September 1999 of Jurisconsult Saaduddin A. Alauya in relation to the Office of the Court Administrator's request for authorization allowing him to use a portion of his residence as office premises of the Office of the Jurisconsult, the Court Resolved to (a) DENY the request of Jurisconsult Alauya for the Office of the Jurisconsult to be allowed "to remain holding office in Marawi City coterminous with his term of office" and (b) direct Jurisconsult Alauya to SHOW CAUSE, within ten (10) days from notice, why no administrative disciplinary proceedings should be filed against him for disobeying the directives in the resolution of 22 October 1996 in A.M. No. 96-9-07-SDC."
