Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated NOV 15, 1999.

G.R. Nos. 97472-73 (People of the Philippines vs. Vicente Paca�a, Bernardo Paca�a, Virgilio Paca�a, and Victoriano Paca�a.)

In compliance with the Court's resolution dated August 30, 1999, the Chief, Administrative Division of the Bureau of Corrections submitted a certification that one Bernardo Paca�a with Prison No. N93P-1514 died on April 1, 1999. With this information, the Solicitor-General is directed to INFORM this Court within a NON-EXTENDIBLE period of ten (10) days from receipt of this notice whether the said Bernardo Paca�a mentioned in the above-mentioned certification is the same Bernardo Paca�a who is an appellant in this case and if so, that the Court be FURNISHED with a certified true copy of appellant Bernardo Paca�a's death certificate within the same period.
