Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 29 1999.

G.R. Nos.107297-98 (People of the Philippines vs. Abner Peralta, et al.)

The Court NOTES: [1] the compliance of Atty. Romeo L. Lesondra, MNSA, Senior Superintendent, Director, Office of Legal Services, Camp Crame, Quezon City, with the resolution of 28 June 1999 stating that the whereabouts appellant of Edwin del Rosario are unknown and that he will continue to monitor his whereabouts for his immediate arrest and commitment; [2] the 1st Indorsement of Atty. Mario Sandiego, Police Superintendent (DSC), dated 28 June 1999, returning the attached order of arrest against said appellant Edwin del Rosario and stating that his group sent an alarm to all its regional, provincial, operating offices to conduct a manhunt operation for his arrest; and [3] the First Indorsement of Juan Ynzon Babugat, Jr., Police Superintendent (DSC), Regional Office, dated 09 June 1999, returning the order of arrest and commitment against appellants Edwin del Rosario, Abner Peralta and Jesus Garcia with the information that Edwin del Rosario cannot be found in his area of responsibility and believed to be not a resident of that area.
