Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated SEPT 1 1999.

G.R. No. 113849 (Luz Mendoza, et al. vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

Acting on the urgent omnibus motion of Leovillo C. Agustin Law Offices, counsel for petitioners to nullify and set aside the order dated 18 January 1996 issued by Judge Julieto Tabiolo in Civil Case No. Q-93-15878, to declare in indirect contempt the persons enumerated therein, and to hold Judge Tabiolo, Atty. Oliver Lozano and Atty. Antonio Mendoza, Sr. administratively liable, and considering that this case has been terminated and the claim amicably settled, entry of judgment made on 17 January 1996 and the records remanded on 28 May 1996, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the omnibus motion for being moot and academic.
