Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 13 1999.

G.R. No. 128254 (Heirs of Pomposa Saludares represented by Isabel Dator vs. Court of Appeals, Jose Dator, et al.)

It appearing that copy of the resolution of 24 September 1997 sent to Atty. Milberto B. Zurbano, counsel for private respondents was returned to this Court unserved for the reason that addressee is deceased and it appearing further that this case still awaits private respondents' memorandum as required in the said resolution, the Court RESOLVES to require private respondents to SUBMIT to this COURT the name and address of their new counsel within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
