G.R. No. 131369 (Standard Electric Employees Union vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

Considering the allegations, issues and arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari, comment thereon of Voluntary Arbitrator Reynaldo Maraan and reply of petitioner to said comment, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the petition for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment as to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case.
