Batasan Road, 1126 Quezon City, is NOTED, and the copy of the resolution of 24 March 1999 addressed to Chavez Laureta & Associates Law Offices, counsel for petitioner, at Penthouse Heart Tower Building, 108 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, 1227 Makati City, which was returned to this Court unserved with notation "RTS Moved," is deemed SERVED on said counsel by substituted service pursuant to Section 8, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
